Here's a few pointers!
These are fairly decent headshots, but it would be better if you provided a full-body view (front and back) as well.
Please take off the massive watermark--it's almost impossible to see your work under it, and you should not have to worry about anyone "stealing" this at all.
What's this person's personality like? What does her weapons/abilities look like? What does she look like in action? Does she have a backstory at all? If this is your first time doing a reference sheet, and you're not sure what to do or how to organize it, take a look at this: [link] . See how it includes a lot of important information about the character?
On a more nitpicky level, you might want to brighten up those photos. It's a bit too dark. If you're using a camera, make sure the area you're shooting in is bright enough and that you're zoomed in enough to cut out anything you don't want, such as the surface you're shooting on.
Celia's neck is way too thick for her head. Look at photoreferences (or yourself in the mirror) while you draw so that you can see the proportions for yourself.
I'd like to see a finished ref when you've got everything worked out!
